Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then squeeze with lemon juice
Cut it into pieces and cook it in a pan with the carrot, onion, celery, and parsley until tender
Remove the meat from the bones, leaving it in regular pieces
Grease a baking dish with half of the cream cheese
Add half of the corn and asparagus to the baking dish
Cover with the chicken pieces
Top with the remaining cream cheese and sprinkle with the remaining corn
Place in a hot oven preheated until the cheese is melted.
