For the shrimp salad:
4 sprigs of rosemary
1 medium onion, cut into small pieces
1 cup white wine
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 kg shrimp with shells
tender leaves of lettuce
Sauce:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 drops vinegar
For the shrimp salad:

Sauce:

2 tablespoons ketchup

In a large pan, combine the first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil
Simmer for 20 minutes
Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Prepare the sauce: mix all ingredients together and pour over the shrimp
Let it rest before serving
Reserve the lettuce leaves
To serve:
The shrimp salad is served on top of the reserved lettuce and covered with the sauce.
