2 chicken breasts, cut into 4 pieces, 1.5 kg each
The sauce:
3 tablespoons of tomato juice
1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
4 medium-sized onions, chopped
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon of ketchup
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
4 tablespoons of mustard
2 teaspoons of salt

Preheat the oven
Fry the chicken in hot oil on all sides
Place the chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish
In a pan, mix together tomato juice, vinegar, garlic powder, onion, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, pepper, and salt
Avoid letting the mixture become too thick by adding a little water if necessary
Baste the chicken with the sauce every 10 minutes for 1 hour or until it's tender
If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water
