1 medium chicken cut into pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup pickled cucumber, chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon English Worcestershire sauce

Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces
Mix together flour, salt, and pepper
Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture
Slowly heat the vegetable oil in a large pan
Brown the chicken pieces in the oil, turning them frequently
Place in a lightly oiled baking dish
Heat the oven and prepare the sauce: mix vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, stirring until dissolved
Add remaining ingredients
Cover the chicken pieces with half of this sauce
Bake in a covered baking dish with aluminum foil for 30 minutes
Cover with the remaining sauce, remove foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes
Serve four ways.
