Wash and dry the chickens
Cut each chicken into four pieces
Sprinkle with salt and paprika, inside and out
Lubricate with olive oil
Fry the chicken pieces on all sides
Add the chopped onions and let them cook for a few minutes
Add the tomato extract dissolved in a little broth, combine with the chicken broth, and let it simmer for about 40 minutes
