Ingredients for the dough:
1 cup of milk
4 whole eggs
1 cup of soybean oil
2 tablets of vegetable broth crushed with a fork
3 1/2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
For the topping:
250g of salami sliced into rounds
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
200g of mozzarella
1 tomato cut into slices
You'll also need:
1 25cm diameter round cake pan
Beforehand:
The oven should be preheated to medium temperature (180°C) and ready when you put the dough in.
Dust the cake pan with flour.

Mix all the dough ingredients in a blender
Place 3/4 of that mixture into the cake pan
Topping:
Distribute the salami slices and chopped onion around the pizza
Cover with mozzarella and add the tomato slices
With care, pour the remaining dough around the cake pan to form the crust
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes
Cut into four pieces and serve!
