Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Arrange them in a greased baking dish and pour in the white wine
Cover with aluminum foil and bake until tender
If necessary, baste with hot water in the baking dish
Remove from the oven and let cool
Blend well the ketchup with heavy cream
Add lemon juice and English Worcestershire sauce and mix
Season with salt and reserve
Slice the chicken breast and hard-boiled eggs and serve with the sauce
Serve cold.
