Cut the chicken into pieces and season with garlic and olive oil
Let it rest for about 2 hours and then fry in olive oil
When golden brown, add butter, onion, tomato, pepper, salt, garlic, and parsley
Add a little water and 1 cup of white wine
After cooking, remove the meat from the bones into large pieces
Strain the sauce and reserve
Fry lightly some slices of bacon
Place 1 piece of chicken, 1 slice of bacon, and 1 mozzarella cheese, with another piece of chicken tied together with a toothpick
Put it in a pirex; do this for all the chicken
Glaze with the sauce and bake until the cheese melts and the bacon is crispy; serve hot.
