Marinate the chicken in water with lime juice for 30 minutes and drain
Season with garlic and salt
In a large pan, heat the pork souse over high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown
Add the liquid gradually, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon
Reduce heat, add two more cups of water
Cook for 40 minutes
Add the urucum, stir, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until tender
Transfer to a bowl, add the onion and green onion, and mix.
