Mix 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, the yogurt, and the mustard
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes
Drain the chicken breasts and season with the remaining lemon juice
In a skillet, heat the sesame oil and butter and brown the chicken
Season with salt and black pepper
Arrange the strips on a baking sheet and sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds
Bake in a medium oven for 5 minutes
Flip the strips and sprinkle the other side with the remaining sesame seeds
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
