2 medium chicken breasts
4 finely chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of coriander and cumin powder
200g of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 sweet paprika pepper, well filled
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
to taste salt
2 medium chicken breasts

Cut the chicken into pieces
Place in a pan with the onions and salt, add butter, paprika, coriander, cumin, and 2 cups of water
Bring to a simmer
Cover and cook over medium heat, turning the chicken occasionally until it's well coated with the sauce
Add more water if needed
When the chicken is almost cooked, add the sweet paprika pepper, cinnamon, parsley, and cilantro
Mix well and cook until the chicken is tender
Add the freshly squeezed lime juice
Let it simmer for a few minutes.
