125 g of cheddar cheese cut into small squares
5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup of canned sardines, drained and mashed
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons of stuffed green olive, chopped
2 tablespoons of pickles, chopped
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
softened butter or margarine
6 small bread rolls cut

Some hours before serving, mix the cheese, eggs, sardines, onion, olives, and pickles
Add the mayonnaise
Spread softened butter or margarine on the bread rolls
Fill with the mixture above
Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate
About 25 minutes before serving, preheat the oven
Bake the wrapped bread rolls in the oven for about 15 minutes
Serve warm.
