Steam the spinach leaves
Chop, sprinkle with salt, and set aside
Cut the chicken strips in half, without separating them completely
Stuff with spinach and close the strips with two toothpicks
Set aside
In a bowl, mix the chicken stock, onion, and garlic
Arrange the strips on a baking sheet and brush with seasoned broth
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium-hot oven for approximately 30 minutes
Remove the foil and let it brown
Serve immediately.
