1 liter of chopped Maturi
One bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 onion
A pinch of parsley
1 cup (chamomile tea) of coconut milk
1 tablespoon tomato extract
2 tablespoons sweet oil
2 tablespoons crushed dried shrimp
1 tablespoon wheat flour
6 eggs
A pinch of salt
1 liter of chopped Maturi
One bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 onion
A pinch of parsley
1 cup (chamomile tea) of coconut milk
1 tablespoon tomato extract
2 tablespoons sweet oil
2 tablespoons crushed dried shrimp
1 tablespoon wheat flour
6 eggs
A pinch of salt
Mash the bell pepper with the tomatoes, onion, and parsley
Then mix in the Maturi
Add the coconut milk, tomato extract, sweet oil, and dried shrimp
Heat it over low heat
Let it cook until no more liquid remains, then add a beaten egg (yolk and white) to bind, stirring constantly
When it's cooked through, turn off the heat
Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured baking dish
Next, beat 5 eggs with a pinch of salt and only add the yolks one by one after the whites have firmed up
Add a spoonful of wheat flour to the egg mixture for extra consistency
Pour the new mixture over the Maturi and place it in a hot oven to bake.
