Fry the bacon in a pan until slightly golden
Add the onion and eggs and fry, stirring well, until the eggs are set
Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring always for 3 or 4 minutes
Taste if necessary, add salt and black pepper to taste
Let it cool down and store it in the refrigerator for one day and another, in a container with a lid
When serving, place the rice in a pan with steam for 15 to 20 minutes, until well heated
Stir well and serve
