Stuffing
1 red bell pepper cut into strips
2 hard-boiled eggs cut into slices
1 can of tomato sauce

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bacon, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley
Mix well
In a rectangular baking dish, place half of the meat mixture, pressing it down firmly
Top with layers of bell pepper strips and egg slices
Cover with the remaining meat mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes
Let it cool, then brush with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
Serve accompanied by sautéed spinach.
