Place the sifted flour on a smooth surface
Furrow a depression in the center and add all the ingredients
Work the dough until it becomes well-softened
Place the dough in a large bowl, cover and let it rest for 2 hours or until it doubles in volume
Place the dough on a floured surface and slightly flatten with your fist
Divide the dough into two parts and stretch each one over the bottom of an oiled 30 cm diameter pizza pan.
