This recipe is traditional and very delicate
Prepare the pasta dough as in the previous recipe
Then, cook the pasta in boiling salted water
Meanwhile, beat the heavy cream until it's light and soft butter
When the pasta is cooked but still firm, drain it immediately and mix it with the beaten cream and butter
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot
