1 can artichoke bottoms (available at supermarkets)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Melt the butter or margarine and brown the chicken pieces on all sides
Season with salt, pepper, and white wine
Add the artichoke bottoms and liquid from the can
Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes
Add the remaining artichoke bottoms and continue cooking for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
Serve hot.
