2 kg of chicken thighs
1 tablespoon of lime juice
salt to taste
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup of cooked pineapple
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons of white grapes
2 tablespoons of rum
2 tablespoons of green onion, chopped
2 kg of chicken thighs

Dip the chicken thighs in lime juice
Place salt and flour in a clean, dry plastic bag
Add the chicken thighs, close the bag tightly, and shake until they are completely covered with flour
Melt the butter or margarine and coat the chicken thighs
Fry the onion for 5 minutes
Add the pineapple, tomatoes, and grapes
Mix well
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until the sauce is smooth
Flame with rum and sprinkle with green onion
Serves 6 to 8 people.
