450g of diced tomatoes
45g of finely chopped onion
10g of ground cumin
3 green peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons (cha) of freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
6 filets of 150g mignon each

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl
Add salt and pepper to taste
Set aside
Season the filets and grill at high heat
Serve alongside tempered tomatoes and guacamole (recipe below)
If desired, offer rice and beans as well.
