    Preheat your oven to moderate temperature (180°C). In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour and gradually add 3 large eggs, one at a time, along with 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 cups of milk, beating continuously until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Pour half the batter into an ungreased non-stick springform pan; cover with 400g of pitted black plums (reserving some for garnishing before caramelizing). Top with the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, or until it starts to set. Turn off the oven, sprinkle the pudding with sugar and garnish with reserved plums. Turn on your broiler and let it caramelize for another 15 minutes. Let it cool before serving. Serves 4-6 people.
