Preheat the oven
Coat the fish fillets with all-purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Remove excess flour
Melt butter in a skillet
Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown
Assemble in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with paprika
Mix grated Parmesan cheese with sour cream and spread over the fish
Top with croissant crumbs and butter pieces
Bake for 10 minutes
Serve with lime wedges
