    Milk-soak about 1/2 pound of peaches left overnight in milk. Add four beaten eggs, sugar, cinnamon, lime zest (and if desired, crystallized fruit or raisins). Place in a greased baking dish or ceramic mold and sprinkle with plenty of sugar and bake. Serve with syrup, or sugar mixed with cinnamon, or orange or pineapple juice to which add sugar and a few drops of rum.
