150g of mozzarella or melted cheese
150g of cooked ham

Prepare the polenta and place it on a damp plate
Spread with a wet spatula to achieve a thickness of 1/2 cm
Let it cool and cut into squares
Cover half of the squares with a slice of cheese and ham, then close with the other half of the polenta squares
Dip in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs
Heat plenty of oil
Fry the stuffed polentas until golden brown on both sides
Drain well on paper towels and serve with tomato sauce
