1 In a large skillet, combine the olive oil, garlic, rice, and smoked bacon
Cook over high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the rice is loose (approximately two minutes)
2 Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and let simmer
Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and cook until the rice is tender (about 20 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
