Open the can and mix the tuna with some sprigs of salsa
Beat the eggs, season them with a pinch of salt, a dash of black pepper, and mix in the tuna
Heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of oil, and when hot, pour in the egg mixture with tuna
Do not leave it cooking for too long to prevent it from drying out
The tuna frittata should be soft.
