4 tablespoons of butter or margarine at room temperature
4 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 cup of finely chopped onion (240g)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup of cooked prosciutto, finely chopped (130g)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
to taste
8 hamburger buns

Beat the butter or margarine with the mustard and parsley
Mix well. Reserve
Fry the onion in olive oil until it's softened
Remove from the pan and mix with the ground beef, prosciutto, oregano, and salt
Form 8 patties
Heat a frying pan over high heat
Quickly sear the hamburger sides, then reduce the heat and flip to cook evenly
Cut the burgers in half; toast slightly on both sides of the cut
Spread the butter mixture on the toasted sides
Assemble the burgers.
