Chop the linguiça

In a small anti-stick skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the linguiça until golden brown
Remove from heat and reserve

Beat the eggs well with flour, season with salt, pepper, and onion, then add half of the egg mixture to the skillet
Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes

Distribute the linguiça, add the remaining egg mixture, and let it cook for 5 minutes or until the edges start to brown
Flip the frittata and let it finish cooking
Serve immediately.
