2 cups of white wine
2 cups of wheat flour
36 black plums in syrup
36 plum pits without skin or cashew nuts
1/2 cup of grated chocolate

1/2 cup of grated chocolate
Add the wine slowly to the flour and mix well. Reserve
Drain the plums (they should not be too soft)
Remove the pit and replace with a plum pit or cashew nut
Skewer with a toothpick or skewer
Dip the plums in the batter
Fry immediately in plenty of oil or hot fat until golden brown
Drain on paper towels and coat with sugar and chocolate
Serve with toothpicks or skewers.
