Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease the ramekins with butter and set aside
In a saucepan, combine all the pudding ingredients except water, and mix well
Add water and mix again
Bring to high heat and cook, stirring, until the bottom is cooked through
Remove from heat
Distribute the mixture among the prepared ramekins and bake in a water bath until a toothpick inserted near the edge comes out clean (about 30 minutes)
Let it cool and unmold

In a saucepan, combine the ingredients and cook over high heat, stirring, until thickened
Remove from heat
Chocolate sauce
Scoop off 1 1/2 cups of banana extract sauce, add chocolate, and mix well
Serve the puddings with both sauces.
