In a bowl, combine the flour and salt
Add the beaten egg white, beer, and mix well
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours
Separate the broccoli into florets and cook in simmering water with enough salt to cover, for about 1 minute, until still crispy
Drain and let cool
When frying time arrives, whip the egg white until stiff and carefully combine it with the beer mixture
Heat vegetable oil and dip the broccoli flowers into the beer mixture, frying a few at a time until golden brown
Serve immediately.
