Mix egg yolks with vanilla extract and orange or lemon zest, then add to the dough
Add the remaining flour with softened butter and knead
Let it rise for about 45 minutes
Roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1 cm
Cut into circles
Place a spoonful of whipped cream in the center and top with another circle, pressing edges together
Let it rise again
Fry in hot oil, drain, and dust with confectioners' sugar
