2 egg whites

1 1/2 cups of natural yogurt (300g)
2 1/2 tablespoons of finely chopped almonds
1 1/2 tablespoons of finely chopped damson
1 1/2 tablespoons of finely chopped blackcurrants
1 tablespoon of crystallized orange peel, finely chopped
1 medium banana-prata (75g), peeled and finely chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

In a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the butter and yogurt, and mix delicately with a spatula or wooden spoon
Add 1/2 cup of each of the nuts, damson, blackcurrants, and orange peel, and mix well
Dip the banana in lemon juice and add it to the mixture
Distribute it among four servings and sprinkle with the remaining chopped fruits
Serve immediately
