Cut the garlic cloves in half and the peppers into slices
Heat the olive oil in a pan over low heat, then fry the garlic
Add the peppers gradually
When the garlic turns golden brown, remove it from the pan and set it aside
Do the same with the peppers. Reserve
Cut the shrimp in half and fry them in the same pan used for the garlic and pepper
Add the paprika
When cooked, place the shrimp in a bowl, add the fried garlic and pepper, and drizzle the frying oil on top
Serve hot.
