2.5 cups of guavas, pitless and cut into pieces
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of gelatin powder
1/4 cup of the cooking liquid from the guavas when warm
3 small cups of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
a pinch of ground cinnamon
2.5 cups of guavas, pitless and cut into pieces
1/2 cup of water

a pinch of ground cinnamon
Cook the guavas with water, sugar, and lime juice for 10 minutes
Mash the fruit and let it cool
Soften and dissolve the gelatin powder in the warm cooking liquid from the guavas
Mix together the guava, remaining cooking liquid, gelatin mixture, yogurt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
Place in the freezer until partially frozen
Blend until creamy (but not completely melted) and place back in the freezer until firm but not hard
Scoop into 12 portions.
