6 large bananas
3/4 cup of well-chopped nuts
6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
4 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cup of orange liqueur

Bake the bananas with their skins in a moderate oven (170°F) for about 20 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise
Place half of a banana in the center of each pancake and sprinkle with nuts
Fold two ends of the pancake to the middle, creating a triangle shape
Melt the butter or margarine and sugar in a pan over medium heat until golden brown
Stir well
Add the orange liqueur and stir until smooth
Add the banana pancakes to the sauce, turning them frequently until they are well coated
Serve immediately and enjoy 6 servings.
