Dough
8 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of chopped pecans
Filling
2 cups of sweetened condensed milk (400g each)
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of cream of rice
Dough

Filling
2 cups of sweetened condensed milk (400g each)

2 tablespoons of cream of rice
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Add the yolks one by one and beat after each addition
Add the sugar, yeast, cocoa powder, flour, and pecans
Pour into a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a medium oven
Filling: strain the sweetened condensed milk and reserve separately
Mix the milk with cream of rice and heat until thick
Let cool and add the sweetened condensed milk. Reserve
Shape the dough over a lightly floured cloth
Brush the dough with reserved syrup and spread the filling
Roll up while still warm, using the cloth to help, and let cool wrapped.
