Strain the ricotta
Combine the condensed milk, eggs, and a pinch of salt in a blender
Blend until smooth
Add the ricotta and flour, blending until just combined
Stop the blender and fold in the candied fruit or raisins
Pour into a 20 cm round baking dish, greased, and bake at moderate heat (170°C) until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool completely before unmolding
Note: The cake will be creamy.
