Dough
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 cup light margarine
2 cups water
2 tablespoons dietetic baking powder for oven and grill
Filling
1 cup low-fat whipped cream (250g)
3 tablespoons strawberry ice cream topping
1 box of sliced strawberries

1 cup low-fat whipped cream (250g)
3 tablespoons strawberry ice cream topping
1 box of sliced strawberries
Dough: mix all ingredients to form a homogeneous mass
Grease the cake pan with it and place in a removable bottom pan
Put in a medium preheated oven and bake until lightly golden
Remove from the oven and spread low-fat whipped cream over the warm dough
Make a layer on top of the whipped cream with strawberry ice cream topping and arrange sliced strawberries on top
Serve warm or chilled, and refrigerate.
