1/2 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of honey
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 cups of natural yogurt (400g)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips or shaved milk chocolate
1/2 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of honey

Sprinkle the gelatin over the water
Let it sit for a few minutes, then add the honey and heat until the gelatin dissolves
Allow it to cool, then mix with the remaining ingredients
Place it in the refrigerator when it's slightly chilled, whip it lightly to achieve a creamy texture, but not too thin
Return it to the refrigerator until firm, but not hard
Chill for 8 hours.
