Step 1: Blend the water and mint leaves in a blender
Cool and add the kiwi
Step 2: Distribute among the pudding molds, press down well with the back of a spoon, and freeze for at least 3 hours
Step 3: Whip the cream by hand
Unmold the kiwi on the plate and place it around the whipped cream
Garnish with mint leaves.
