100g sugar

Mix together the sugar and water and bring to a boil until a syrup forms
Stir and remove from heat
Place in a bowl and let it cool
Add the juice of 1 1/2 lemons and a small amount of grated lemon zest
Stir and pour into popsicle molds without dividing
Refrigerate and stir every 30 minutes with a wooden spoon
After two hours, the popsicles will be ready
Serve immediately in four glasses
