Directions

In a saucepan, cook the pineapple with the sugar until the fruit is tender and cooked, but not mushy

Remove from heat and add the dissolved gelatin and milk

Mix everything together and pour into an 18 cm diameter mold with a hole in the center, greased with oil

Let it chill until firm
