blackberry or jabuticaba gelato

Cream the butter with ricotta, add the flour and mix well
Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, leaving it about 1/8 inch thick
Cut into squares of 5cm
Spread blackberry gelato over the squares
Fold in half to form a triangle
Place in a lightly greased baking dish
Bake at moderate temperature for 15 minutes without browning
Store in an airtight container
Use within 4 days or so.
