Pulse the flour on top and mix delicately with a wooden spoon
Place the dough in a tall 25 cm diameter mold, greased and lined with parchment paper, also greased with butter
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 25 minutes or until well golden brown outside and lightly creamy inside
