6 egg whites beaten to snow

Line the baking sheet with wax paper
Combine all ingredients and place in the baking sheet. Reserve

In a mixer, beat the eggs with two tablespoons of water until they become frothy
Add the flour and mix well
In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch, more cornstarch, and baking powder
Sieve over the egg mixture and fold delicately

Gradually add the beaten egg whites, folding gently
Place the dough on top of the cream filling in the baking sheet
Bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes
Carefully remove from the oven, shape into a coil, and dust with flour
Cut and serve.
