Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
For a 25cm diameter cake pan, line it with parchment paper and grease it with butter
In a mixer, beat all the ingredients until smooth
Place the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for about 17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and then demold
Serve cold, either on its own or with an ice cream sandwich
