2 flavorless gelatin envelopes
3 tablespoons of strong, hot coffee
1/3 cup of cold coffee
3 tablespoons of coffee liqueur or cocoa liqueur
1/2 cup of sugar
2 bananas cut into 1 cm slices
heavy cream

Soften the gelatin in cold coffee
Dissolve in hot coffee
Add the sugar and stir until dissolved
Add the liqueur
Chill in a rectangular mold until firm
Arrange banana slices individually
Add cubed gelatin
Serve with heavy cream, if desired
