Mix the ricotta or ricotta cheese with the milk and sugar or artificial sweetener until creamy
Peel the pears, cut them in half vertically, remove the seeds, and soak them in a little lemon juice to prevent browning
Arrange them on a flat surface, with the cut side up, and fill each pear half with the ricotta mixture using a spoon
Bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for 15 minutes
Mix the gelatin with water and heat it over low heat, stirring constantly until well heated
When serving, place one-half pear per dessert plate and drizzle with the gelatin mixture
Serves 6 portions.
